Are barbecues allowed on the campsite?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only electric and gas barbecues are permitted. Open-fire barbecues (wood, charcoal) are strictly forbidden on the campsite and in the surrounding forest.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Can I choose my pitch or mobile home?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can indicate your preferences at the time of booking.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Are bicycles available for hire on site?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We rent bicycles (adult size only), with a deposit of \u20ac200 per bike. Rental rates are as follows: 1\/2 day = \u20ac10 \/ 1 day = \u20ac12 \/ 1 week = \u20ac45<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

What are the arrival and departure times?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Arrivals are between 4pm and 8pm and departures between 8am and 10am.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Do I have to pay for wifi?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We offer Wifi access at the following rates: 6h = 10\u20ac \/ 1 week = 20\u20ac \/ 2 weeks = 30\u20ac \/ 1 week family (3 devices) = 40\u20ac \/ 2 weeks family (3 devices) = 50\u20ac.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Is wearing a bracelet compulsory?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wearing an anti-allergy, tamper-proof wristband is compulsory. It will be given to you on arrival and must be worn permanently on the wrist or ankle.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Is there wifi in the campsite?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Are visitors welcome?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you receive visitors, they must be declared at reception. They must leave their vehicle outside the campsite, pay the visitor supplement and leave a piece of identification during the visit (to be collected before reception closes).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Are there any shops on the campsite?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the campsite, you’ll find a mini-market, a delicatessen\/wine cellar, a takeaway restaurant and a bar.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Can we bring our own barbecue?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

In July and August, we offer daily entertainment from Monday to Friday: sports activities, mini-club (for children aged 6 to 11) and evening entertainment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Are pets allowed on the campsite?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

Pets are allowed on camping pitches (from \u20ac3 to \u20ac7 per day, depending on the season). Compulsory vaccination card with up-to-date rabies vaccine. 1\u02b3\u1d49 and 2\u1d49 category dogs are strictly forbidden.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Can we leave outside reception opening hours?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can leave outside reception hours, but you’ll need to complete the administrative formalities the day before your departure.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Do you offer cleaning packages?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

We do not offer a cleaning package. A minimum of 150\u20ac will be deducted from the security deposit for any rental not returned in a perfectly clean condition.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Do you have a kids’ club?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

The mini-club is free.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Do I have to pay for the kids’ club?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have a mini-club open in July and August from Monday to Friday for children aged 6 to 11. The Mini-Club is a service, not a day-care center (so we need to be able to find you on the campsite in case of any problems).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Do I need to make an appointment for the rental departure?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

You must make an appointment for the departure inventory. The appointment must be made no later than the day before departure. Departures are between 8am and 10am.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Is there a launderette on the campsite?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

We have washing machines (\u20ac5 per token) and tumble dryers (\u20ac3.50 per token) located in the washrooms, laundry not included.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

What time should I return my mobile home?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

Mobile homes must be vacated by 10am.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Are pets allowed in the rental?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pets are strictly forbidden in rental accommodation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

When can I get my deposit back?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deposits are returned according to the departure inventory.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Is there a tennis court?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have a tennis court available for hire. Rates are as follows: 50 minutes = 8\u20ac \/ 10×50 minutes subscription = 65\u20ac.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

What to do if you arrive late?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the event of late arrival or unforeseen circumstances, please contact reception before 7.00 pm.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

What is the tourist tax?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

Tourist tax: \u20ac0.61 per adult per night is collected by the commune of Hourtin.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

How do I modify a reservation?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

Do I have to pay a deposit at the time of installation?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the day of your arrival, we will ask you for 3 deposits: \u20ac20 for the automatic barrier card \/ \u20ac150 for the end-of-stay cleaning guarantee \/ \u20ac150 for the equipment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

If my mobile home is available before 4pm on the day of arrival, is it possible to arrive earlier?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can arrive before 4pm to complete administrative formalities. However, you will not have access to the mobile home before 4pm.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Am I allowed to have guests in my mobile home? If so, what are the additional costs?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How late can I drive into the campsite?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
